Caring medical service
Love my NP but I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment for two days and haven’t spoke to a single person. Nobody has been answering the phones, called 4 times per hour from open to close and my call was never picked up. Called at 12:15 and phones had already been forwarded for lunch 15 minutes early. Called today at 12:10 and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes and then instead of being helped they forwarded the phones for lunch again 15 minutes early. Stephanie Barnes is the absolute best NP Graham has had. She is so patient, understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable! I never feel rushed and always feels like she truly cares. I have only seen Dr. Bailey once but I felt the same from him. They are an amazing duo. I hope they stay at Graham for a long time!!
