Caring medical service
Love my NP but I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment for two days and haven’t spoke to a single person. Nobody has been answering the phones, called 4 times per hour from open to close and my call was never picked up. Called at 12:15 and phones had already been forwarded for lunch 15 minutes early. Called today at 12:10 and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes and then instead of being helped they forwarded the phones for lunch again 15 minutes early.
