Great customer service. Didn't wait long to get in for appointment. APN my wife saw was compassionate and thorough.
I've learned a very valuable lesson from graham medical . They love to talk about people that they've seen which is a violation of hippa law . They wont punish the the workers for having very loose lips . I will never recommend nor come back to Graham ever again .
I recently had an appointment with Gary Shaw, an ENT specialist, regarding my TMJ. During the visit, I found his behavior to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Throughout the examination, he repeatedly referred to me as “good girl,” including after instructing me to “pant like a dog” and then inserting an instrument into my throat, once he pulled the instrument out he then stated again “good girl, all done.” I am a 22-year-old woman who was alone in the room with my one-year-old child present. Graham has some pretty wild ups and downs but the one thing you can always count on is not being able to get ahold of anyone when switchboard transfers your phone call.
Cassie Stone is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. I would recommend her for anyone searching for primary care. Dr. Feather and Courtney Reynolds are an excellent choice for Pain Management, and Dr. Amber Wold is wonderful for mental health care
