This engineer let a builder use a soil test for a foundation design that wasn’t even on the actual lot being built on. Not only that, but he actually referenced the bogus soil report in the design. Just ridiculous. We finally figured it out (4 years later during litigation) that the builder garabedian didn’t even get a soil test on our lot despite charging us for one/contracting for one/telling us how important it was from day 1.
