I had Graham install an irrigation system a few years ago and it has been a blessing not having to set up sprinklers all over the front and back yard. They did a great job and they stand behind their work. Due to neglect, however, my front and back yard beds became totally overgrown with weeds, so I had Graham come out to clean up the beds. Angela and her crew cleaned up my horrible yard this morning. They were efficient, friendly, and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! Awesome work!
Graham landscaping transformed my disaster yard into a beautiful space that I love spending time in. I was so impressed by how quickly they demolished blackberries, vines and general tangly overgrowth, and their services are really very affordable. The fellows who worked on my yard were sweet and super enthusiastic, and they went way above and beyond my expectations. Also, getting an estimate with Angela was fun and easy. I'm planning on having Graham come back regularly, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
These guys know what customer service is all about. If you need work done, stop searching, and call Graham Landscaping right now. These guys are amazing! I have had 2 emergency repair needs over the last 2 years and they have been able to fit me into their schedule to get the work done. The quality of the work is fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. Finding a company that understands how to treat customers, and backs up their work without question is an amazing find these days.
Extremely disappointed with the Customer service. Within the last two years, after spending money to upgrade a system at their recommendation, it's been nothing but problems. I'm told at every call they have a staff problem, I had multiple "specialists" out to work on my irrigation system because they kept firing the last guy who was out, and I was treated as the problem and as a difficult client simply because I wanted my sprinklers to work and not leak.
