So a couple days ago I posted on FB looking for a new set of cases for our 2018 KTM 85. I had already looked up the parts over 1k. Almost immediately Jake Lowry from @grahamKTM contacted me and said hey let me check into something don't buy any parts yet ( what a dealer called me telling me not to buy parts). So today he calls me telling me to send him the motor it will be taken care of no cost to me. HOW ABOUT THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have bought 2 brand new bikes from Graham Ktm ( 2019 tx300 and 2020 Tx300i ) And i can honestly say they have a great group of people who work their butts off to get you the best dirtbike buying experience you can have. Extremely knowledgeable staff with Donnie and Jake. Answer any questions you have and also bend over backwards to help you get on the bike you want. Highly recommend them and i will be a life long purchaser and customer of Graham KTM!!
