It is a very clean and quiet place to live. All interaction with the office was positive. And any maintenance call was handled promptly.
Great place to live. The management team is helpful as well as maintenance when there are issues that need resolution. ( ex my dishwasher and microwave at diff time periods failed to work, so they installed a brand new one! Awesome! ) . Neighbors are super friendly too and so are the pets.

Office staff and Maintenance staff are awesome and respond quickly! I've been a resident here now for 8 years.
My girlfriend and i went to a handful of apartment complexes and toured a bunch. When we walked into Graham Hill, Dani and her other assistant jumped and we felt a warm vibe right away. We toured multiple units and found one we loved right away. We had a few other lined up to go to afterwards which we did though we kept coming back to Graham on making a decision.
