UPDATE: 2025 We just renewed our lease for another year. Yes, we now call it home. Several things went into our decision to stay, but first and foremost is the staff, especially the maintenance guys, Keith and Quincey. We have had issues with a refrigerator. These two stood by us, replacing parts at our convenience, until it was determined to replace the appliance. We moved in 2 months ago and it has been great! My husband, son and I love it here at Graham Hill! There is a playground for our son to play at, dog park for our dogs, great pool which we spend lots of time at and a great community to walk around! It is very nice area and close to everything! Our apartment is a great layout for what we need for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs! The maintenance staff here is great as well only put in 1 ticket so far but they were fast to respond and help! I am a delivery driver who was delivering food to a resident I was lost there was a nice lady who gave me some what directions then a second lady who told " Did she just give you directions maybe you shouldn't be driving I was appalled not being from the area or new to delivering to this development owner needs to correct her attitude and I certainly was respectful back
Two older female seniors, we have found home. In two months after moving in, we have found Graham Hill everything we wanted in apartment living. The community comprises a diverse population of young and old. Having children around is a perk. They keep us young. We have had need for maintenance and have found the service to be quick and efficient. Our favorite part of living here is the environment sheltered in beautiful natural surroundings. Evening walks have become a habit.
