I had to get an MRI early this morning. We were bouncing everywhere but when I went to go get the MRI the girls were wonderful. They were super nice. They explained basically everything I needed to these doctors are wonderful. I didn’t get their names. I really wish I did. They’re very nice. I had to get a contrast MRI and I didn’t know that I thought thought I was just getting an MRI and it was so quick and easy very wonderful. Very helpful woman. I could give zero stars if I could!!! A friend of mine’s son fell off his E bike and was taken to the ER. He had blood all over his face and a gash on his head and they made him wait!! This is a child!! Not to mention another friend of mine had a nail through his hand and he ended up going to OSF to have them redo the stitches because it would not stop bleeding! They did such a terrible job!! Do better Graham!! This is very much malpractice!!

This place is the BIGGEST joke, they don’t care about anyone. They let my sister who’s schizophrenic WALK home after getting hit by a car, didn’t even try to contact family or anything to let us know they was letting her leave, after they even told my parents they was keeping her for a few days & there was a hold order on her! She’s got broken bones in her face & had to get 15 stitches over her eye and lip…
