Worst patient care for an emergency ever. Highly do NOT recommend for anyone in mental health crisis, they leave you alone unattended for hours, no food or water, no nurse checking on you. Do NOT recommend for any emergency needs for that exact reason as well.
Family member has been in and out of there since a physician did surgery on him a few months ago and he ended up getting sepsis and had to be admitted. He’s had nothing but problems ever since and each time he goes to the ER they are not friendly and he went for possible internal bleeding and sat for over two hours and no one even bothered to look at his wound …not really any better than OSF 😔
My significant other has an infection just kind of show up in his knee. He went septic. And the nurses and doctors have been absolutely wonderful. ESPECIALLY the nurses on med/surg. We’ve had a very positive experience. From the ER to surgery to med/surg. Even the cafeteria and housekeeping staff. We appreciate yall ❤️ Thank you for everything
Staff is great very professional and nice. Make you feel comfortable and safe.
