Horrible ER. Drive to another hospital. Graham ER doesn't care about the patient. They allowed my cancer stricken father in law sit in the waiting room for 3+ hours begging for help even after the cancer center called ahead and told them he was coming. Receptionist was more concerned with her phone than anything else. Worst place ever. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Terrific staff in the ER. Very personable and professional.
They left me for 2.5 days with unexplained test results, that read as if I had liver cancer. Then the follow-up testing was cancelled twice, due to the hida-scan employee calling off work. Finally got the test outsourced at a different hospital that Graham sent me to. That hospital also cancelled me once. I realize it is just my gall bladder and I am not dying, but I just really feel that they are not taking this seriously. It’s run around after run around. Went to my appointment tried to get a cup of coffee was refused because I have a service dog she is tagged and papperd in full dress this was illegal and discrimination I have a hart condition and she is my life never been treated like this ever don't come here
I went to the ER suspecting a kidney stone. They got me in quickly, got the pain managed, ran several tests and a ct scan. They also came up with a plan of action and several prescriptions before discharging me - all in less than 3 hours. The level of professionalism is set pretty high, and everyone I interacted with contributed to the calm atmosphere of the department. I appreciate everyone there!
