To Whom It May Concern, Someone (a team) needs to take responsibility and make meaningful changes to improve this emergency room. For the people in this community, it’s beyond frustrating—it’s heartbreaking. The lack of compassion and professionalism displayed by this facility is both embarrassing and unacceptable. Went to Graham ER at 1am Friday night with severe abdominal pain. Blood work and urine were taken. All came back clear and pain managed with pain meds. Discharged at 3am! 15 minutes after getting home, pain increased again. I am now admitted at a Peoria hospital with kidney infection, large masses of stones on the L and small masses on the right that I will have surgery for today. Shame on them for not being more thorough and only looking at pain management to get rid of you as fast as they can!!

Refuses to listen to their patients time and time again. One day, graham will be in for a rude awakening, you should be there to help the people who seek it, not diminish their experiences.

I wouldn’t take my dog to this ER. Rude staff, zero compassion, they act like you are stupid for wasting their time. Avoid at all costs. They will send you home to die before trying to figure out what is wrong.
