So I ordered flowers for my mother in-law Thursday 9/5 It was 3:50pm at the time of my order. I told them I worked on the same street practically next door that I would be back in an hour. I showed up at 4:50pm they close at 5pm.But they were not there anymore.I went out of town after that. It is Now Monday I went in to get my money back. Instead of attending their in person customer she decided to take a phone call order that lasted almost 20 min. When I initially ordered this bouquet, I ordered "the best of the best" flowers option. I received a call that they were out of purple flowers, and they were delivered 30 minutes later (SUPER timely, but kind of a bummer for this specific case) before I got a chance to call back and just request the flowers be delivered later when they had purples in stock.
