Graham Construction just finished up a project at my condo. I don't usually throw the word 'outstanding' around, but they did a really outstanding job. The buildings look 100% better and they cleaned up after themselves really well. As a bonus, the workers that I interacted with were friendly and courteous and did not complain when I needed to get out of my garage. Did a great job with our project refinishing the exterior walls of our buildings. It was actually a pretty big project of 2 condo buildings with a total of 16 units but they still provide a very personal experience and treated each individual unit with care. Mine in particular had a small but noticeable leak where rain was sneaking past a failed seal to my chimney.
