I've had 2 homes built by Graham Construction. They are great to work with, excellent quality and competitively priced. My last house was built from a hand drawn sketch done by myself! Talk about custom built! I think they can do anything!

Bought a new construction home in the Rock Hill subdivision of Blue Springs, MO. The entire process was smooth. Travis is very quick to respond and very open to upgrades done throughout the build process. I was never told no on an upgrade, and he provides valuable insight if you are on the fence about additional work you want done. The home was very reasonably priced for new construction without compromising quality, and the costs to do upgrades were pretty standard and not at all overpriced.
