Living in Napa with a small dog and one cat. Jim was able to get wool carpets cleaned and in addition, one bedroom that has beautiful carpet from 30 years ago = and he got that room cleaned as well. If you want someone who cares and is honest, choose Graham Carpet Care. I will reach out to him going forward for my carpet cleaning needs. Very professional and strong equipment that can get the job done without harsh chemicals.

Jim did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He arrived exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to remove some tough stains that we thought were hopeless. We recommended Jim to our neighbors too. He made the whole process stress-free and did an exceptional job. Important note: call/text him even if his website doesn't list your city. Jim covers the entire Bay Area, including San Francisco.
