Our carpets were in need of cleaning due to pet stains. Jim was prompt, very nice and did a wonderful job. The stains are gone and the carpets look fresh and clean.

Our experience was just amazing with Jim. He was meticulous as he went about his work with rigor and attention to detail. We had 3 couches and a rug cleaned and the results were great.

I was so happy with my service. I had made the costly mistake the last time I had my carpets cleaned of using a "specialty company" . They had claimed to experts on pet stains. They were unable to do as they had promised. I was charged over $1000.00 dollars for 3 rooms. This was calculated per spot ! Which still remained. Jim arrived this Saturday on time and ready to get the job done. He was able to remove stains the others could not.
