Never responded to email OR voicemail for service. It’s a slight drive but Lithia in Roseburg gained this customer. They responded almost instantaneously. .
Just purchased a 2025 ram cummins from Bay Area CJDR. Had a fantastic experience purchased the truck for the price i asked for, which was fantastic, without any issue. No fighting no anxiety. Great experience! Amanda and Brian where so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable it made the experience absolutely fantastic. Would definitely return to buy again. Honestly terrible customer service, sketchy mechanics and they just want to take your money.
Told me my trade was sketchy because I only had my car for 3 months. I was in a position where I didn’t need to drive often so I purchased a rare vehicle. I then found myself needing to drive more often and so wanted to trade the car in for something newer as my current car is a 2004 but again very rare and with low miles. But again get told it’s sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all first thing they say is it’s too old. Granted the car is in fabulous condition.
