⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Graham Auto Repair! While my husband and I were on vacation in Missouri, the engine in our car unexpectedly went out. It was an incredibly stressful and upsetting situation, especially since we are both on a fixed income. Super great customer service fast efficient work and Ricky is the bomb
I recommend this shop to anyone I can. I have brought my vehicles here for multiple years and they take amazing care of them! They’re fast, communicative, and do not upsell. They can work on anything new and old which is becoming less and less common. My only worry is what I would do if they ever went out of business! No shop in town is this honest.
Showed up 45 mins before they closed because my car was overheating & was told I couldn’t be helped because he wanted to close early so I sat in the parking lot letting my car cool down when they guy apparently was told by the owner he was in the wrong for refusing business & leaving someone stranded in the heat. I left after he came back out because he was the forced to take my business & was rude & offered no apology. Do not recommend.
