We have had Graham Auto Repair work on both our vehicles, and they have done great. Rob is the one we have dealt with for most of our jobs, and we so appreciate him working with us to get our truck back within a timely manner. We appreciate their honesty also, if it doesn't need to be fixed they let us know, that is great! We have been very happy with Graham Auto and will continue to use them.
Responsive, quick, and friendly service. Technicians were singing along with the radio and seemed to enjoy their job. Left a gift bag in the cup holder. Price was competitive with others in the area. Clean waiting room with cold drinks and coffee. I had seen some mixed reviews but my service was outstanding.
I was traveling in my rv and needed repair on my dash air. Being about 2000 miles from home I was apprehensive seeking repair so far away.I saw The Graham auto service website and gave a call. Rob the service manager was very gracious working me in that day. He even accommodated our time there by allowing us to stay in the parking lot in the RV. Ya,, I'm probably done with Graham Auto Repair They just charged me $212 for a $58 fuel filter Normally they're really good friendly staff customer service is usually great But 4 times the frice of a genuine GM part,, think I'll find a new shop
They take advantage of women. Had my wife bring her car in saying the sunroof was leaking, they said $200 to diagnose problem. I came back with my wife they said it was fixed and I paid the bill and asked what it was. He said my sunroof was leaking, I said I already knew that...but from what? He said the mechanic already went home so he didn't really know he just writes up the bill. Paid them $200 to do their job for them ie i told them the problem.
