I was traveling in my rv and needed repair on my dash air. Being about 2000 miles from home I was apprehensive seeking repair so far away.I saw The Graham auto service website and gave a call. Rob the service manager was very gracious working me in that day. He even accommodated our time there by allowing us to stay in the parking lot in the RV. I called ahead to make sure I could get in and my issue could be delt with quickly. I needed to have some oil drained or even checked to see if it was overfilled. They said no problem they can remove some oil and check the levels. I arrived and asked about the service and a technician interrupted somewhat rudly that its an oil service (full oil change) and i asked several times if I can just have then siphon some out, or take the drain plug out and check the levels. I was very pleased with the customer service. Graham Auto Repair mechanics, whom I did not meet, resolved a brake problem I had on a 1994 Ford F150, which another shop could not fix. Kudos to Graham Auto Repair. I will return for any future auto repair needs. Thanks!!
I have taken my Buick to Graham Auto Repair twice now. They have provided great care and were very affordable. They are always prompt and considerate and I highly recommend their services.
Brought in my Dodge Jounrey to get my transmission replaced. A tad on the pricier side but the quality of work is great! They keep you informed and explain everything. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend over other shops in the area.
