Hopefully, they'll fix the parking lot this spring. Otherwise, it's a fun place and the warehouse guys are quick and pleasant.
Won top bid on one of their auctions. The bid was reviewed and then not accepted almost immediately. I signed up for the auction how they had requested it to be done and was approved, never heard anything back. I was able to bid throughout the week with no issues, bids were accepted. I was never contacted at the end of the auction to verify anything, they just gave it to the person with a lesser bid. Worst auction I’ve dealt with so far.
I had done an online auction last month but due to some unfortunate reason I was not able to pick up the item for a month. I called the office to check on the item and was told the item is not available as I have crossed the pick up time frame, I agree but the person whom I spoke was so rude, her name was Alaine.. she was not ready to help and not even try to find a solution.. I am also not even getting my refund.. really disappointed..I would expect a call back from the management to discuss further
Bought lot 731 but instead they gave me 730 which were ripped from inside and outside. Talked with the pickup guys there and also with the manager but they declined to refund or return even though I bought 19 items on that day. Description of the items says the gloves are "pre-owned" but it was nowhere mentioned that they were ripped or used. The worse thing is they hid that specific lot from their website when I mentioned to them but still not accepting their mistake. Attaching all the pictures in my review. Definitely not ... read more
