I recently received an inaccurate response from the male manager at Graham Auctions, to an accurate and honest review that I wrote ages ago. The purchase, I made ($2000) was also months ago. I regret having bought from there. I was a customer, but I removed myself from their customer list. I wrote a review about Graham Auctions, my name was shown as being Traci. Review for MISC auction (not cars) - The process went OK overall. As a first timer the pickup process/times to bid and everything was a little difficult to navigate, but the staff was very helpful after a call to figure out how to do so. The items itself I was somewhat satisfied with, I originally anticipated them to be cheaper just watching the prices through the week, but they jumped up A LOT last minute which makes it a little hard to get super great deals if people set their max bid too high. Its been a good ride but all good rides come to a end They recently changed their auction to hibid. Lady on the phone said they did this because others were accusing them of up bidding items. Guy who took over the phone call said they been using hibid for years. Thats not true. Ive been buying items and cars since at least 2017 and not once have had any issues registering, bidding or buying.
