It's really seems like you guys pick and choose who you decide to help and be nice to and who you are rude and horrible to and turn away. Especially when someone's pet is practically dying in their arms and you're rude to them and turn them away and tell them that you have to many appointments to see them. They turned my friends dog away after it was poisoned because they were “too busy”
To me they treated me with respect and very professional in the service rendered. I have no bad thing to say about the vet hospital. Every case is different
My mother and I have been taking our pets here at least 15 yrs probably more. Everyone here has always been very good to us and all of our pets. They have always gotten them in when we have had emergencies, with no problem. We live about 45 mins away now and still drive to see them, I have tried other places due to convenience of being close to the house but nobody beats GAH and the wonderful vets and staff. Keep the great work up ladies, we love yall.
