Fantastic to work with!! Called for a bid, immediately returned the phone call, came out, left the bid and details of service needed. Set up dates and completed in a timely manner. Mr. Gragg was very friendly and knowledgeable. The crew worked carefully around the house and picked everything up when finished. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process on this massive project! Safety conscious, professional, efficient, reasonable, I punctual, clean, with excellent communications for follow up! Fantastic in helping guide the process, working with insurance, and going the extra mile with abilities to tackle even non roofing jobs with skills and resources as well as the expertise of a master carpenter and master craftsman. I would recommend Richard to anyone and I have recommended him to several of my friends and family. He has done quite a bit of work for me over the years. The first job that I hired him for was to remove a window at the back of my home and install French Doors. He was in and out in one day and they came out perfectly and the room was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. He has also done some roof repairs and we haven't had an issue since.
