Pleasantly surprised, I was with Valley storage for over six years while taking care of my mother. Every winter every storm I worried about my belongings were they wet where they ruined? I never went to look for out of fear. I just bought another house and when I retrieved my items, everything was just as I put it in no problems with billing no problems with management. Everybody was easy to speak with one of the best places I’ve ever used for my storage and I’ve used a couple. I would recommend these guys wholeheartedly.
Renting online was easy. There was a small technical error that said someone else rented the unit and sent me back to the previous screen but after talking with customer service they were able to see the unit was successfully rented. I liked that I could come at my convenience with the temporary combination lock and everything else I needed was inside the unit. The unit was very clean and nice.
24 hour access would be great.
