Dr Kanewala Jayasekara (Dr Jay) has been outstanding - extremely supportive and knowledgable with my health concerns experienced and uses clear communication for me to understand about what is happening, I am never left questioning or second guessing. The office team also persist in ensuring scheduling is adjusted flexibly so that I am seen as required if there was an urgent/ priority change that need to be accommodated for the Doctor. I feel so lucky in a regional area to not have to travel to receive this level of care!
Dr. Oddone was very patient with all our questions and provided great aftercare follow up.
Very disappointed. I turned up for my Saturday morning appointment to find the clinic closed. No way to contact anyone to find out why and nobody had advised me that my appointment had been cancelled. When I phoned on Monday morning the woman I spoke to was so rude and said someone had tried to call me on Friday. I explained that I wasn’t able to answer my personal phone while at work on Friday and asked why someone didn’t leave a voicemail informing me that my appointment was cancelled.
