I was a tenant at Rosewood Gardnes in North Grafton, Massachusetts and dealt with Grafton Properties throughout the entire lease.First of all, when originally viewing the apartment, I was told I would be able to move in 2 weeks prior to the lease start date (January 1, 2011).
