I was trying to buy a mower from a large chain store for 2 weeks, it was painful. Then I found Grafton Mowers. The entire transaction including delivery only took 3 hrs. What great service! Plus I got to buy local and support a small business. The entire staff are fun and personal. The toro myride mower took my mowing time down from about 2 hrs to 45 mins. Just great all around.
I want to give a shout out to Grafton Mower and to Bob in particular. I brought my Toro Mower in for a warranty issue, bought the mower just 6 weeks ago. The self propelled part stopped working. I brought the mower in on Monday morning, June 8. I figured it might be a week or so before they could get to it, but Bob called me a few hours later and said that it was ready to be picked up. I've purchased parts from Grafton Mower in the past. Today I picked up my all wheel drive Husqvarna walk behind that they just repaired. Really great folks that do good work at a fair price.
It's the one the most reasonably priced and honest repair shops And sales shops for lawn care Items, and your winter equipment, that I have ever found !! It's all good !!!
The family has been coming here for years and fr9m the sales to repairs is beyond awesome. From knowledge to just helping amd finding parts, tolls or accessories. I have never left here ever dissappointed, this place is my go to for all of my stuff
