They walked me through all the snow throwers until I was satisfied and ready to purchase, and then went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. They cut some prices to make it a package deal with the thrower, extra batteries and chargers. Delivery the next day! Never would have gotten that from a big box store. The also service, so when that time comes, I'll know who to call.
