Just left the Raceland office where my 88-year-old mother had an appointment. She was refused service because she did not have her current insurance card. She had seen Dr. Guidroz in the past so we assumed that we did not have to bring further information than what was in her record. Surely the record had been pulled before we arrived, as new information was requested first. A courtesy phone call was placed reminding her of the appointment. My son was in the hospital with a very bad spot on his leg. No one knew what it was, including infectious disease dr. Dr. Grafton walked in, diagnosed him, and saw him first thing when he was discharged from the hospital to make sure he was healing well without an appt.
I love the nurses and the drs.. it took a very long time for her to come in the room.. Only thing I didn't like .. but overall I really like them ..
Today was my first experience with Dr. Grafton and his staff in Thibodaux, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Dr. Grafton is very personable, takes his time to explain procedures and his treatment plan with you, and made what could've been a very negative experience a very positive one. His staff is equally as attentive and caring. I feel like I'm in great hands here!
