Although I called with late notice/the day of to ask if they had a rum cake (and they did), I didn't know what to expect. Was it an older cake that had been sitting on display as some bakeries push out old product? I could only wait and see. I picked it up and the cake was not only gorgeous, but later that evening when my husband, friends and I sliced into it, we were so delighted to see how tasty this cake looked --layers of chocolate cake, vanilla cake and strawberries -- oh and soaked in rum too! My family and I tried a coffee cream fancy cake of this shop on my bday. We like the coffee cream because it is not too sweet with a nice finish. I think Graf's Pastry's cakes meet the Japanese taste in MI.

Fantastic cakes and staff! My wife has a milk allergy and grafs pastry was able to come up with a cool and tasty idea that we just loved! They did our wedding cake, baby shower cake and we will for sure be going to them for every occasion!
