This is the BEST guy with Backhoe you can find all around Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Best for doing the job and for the price. I have used him over 7 times from building the house pad, digging for SRP cables, yard level, driveway and moving saguaro. If you get cheaper offer I assure you that it will end up more. For my house pad Mexicano burrito was asking to bring 60 loads of dirt and double labor rate than Jon ended charging me without extra dirt by doing cut and fill.
