Is good place to buy parts
Paige the service advisor is great. She kept me updated on my truck. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for getting me back on the road.
Had a run from southern Ohio up to the UP and broke down in Saginaw. Had tow service take me to M&K that night. I called them and they had me in the shop first thing the next morning. Had alternator replaced and back on the road by noon. Thank you to Paige and the service tech for the quick service and great work.
Took truck in on Monday ,they said would have back Wednesday. We'll Wednesday came and went, then said Friday forsure. We'll friday can and at 4pm they called and said there was an emergency so would have truck ready Monday. ( week later). $9000 later after 1 week in shop said everything good. Here I am on side of road. I call to ask questions, OH I'm sorry can't help you. So drivers DONT EVER TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO M&K IN SAGINAW MI.
