The service manager is very rude. The repair on our Volvo was not done in a timely fashion. We had a 7 am appointment and they did not get our truck in for the repair until 7 1/2 hours later. When they called to let us know that our truck was ready to go, the light problem that we were having was fixed BUT other lights were now not working. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I own a company that buys many vehicles and have never been treated this way. We had also purchased a vehicle in the past from Graff but never again. Long story short, we drove to the east side of the state to purchase this vehicle with plenty of communication with the dealership.
