Both my kids went to this orthodontist. My son had his bottom permanent broken retainer fixed once then when it broke again he was so over it we went to a different orthodontist to get the problem fixed. Not a week after, my daughter presented a broken bottom permanent retainer. Im very confused because I have had a bottom permanent retainer for over 20 yrs no issues

Dr. Graff and his team are in a class of their own. I experienced a problem with my upper retainer and I had my appointment yesterday with Chelsea who I will miss as she told me she's moving out of state. I'm happy that I had the honor of her working on my teeth for the past few years and her quality of work as she performed on my retainer yesterday. Office runs like a fine tuned machine. I was very impressed with the way the office staff and the doctors treated me from my very first visit. I highly recommend graff orthodontics without hesitation. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, and they always call me by my name. I like that!

Had my braces taken off yesterday and they did amazing. I have been more than satisfied with the Graff team and would highly recommend Graff Orthopedic to anyone. Shout out to the girls at the front desk. They are awesome maintaining our scheduled appointments and ensuring thing run on a timely basis.
