The leasing process at Graff was amazing. Macy, Shaun and Andy were friendly, professional and fair and went over and above to make the experience a good one. I will definitely be back!!
Even after 5 pm on a Monday, the staff at Graff Nissan fixed my tire problem right away....amazing. The Indy 500 pit crew has nothing on these guys. Dan, Justin and Shaun took care of me right away and solved the problem. I know they are not my personal mechanic staff, but it sure felt that way! It was an honor to tell Mike about their top notch service.
Well this sucks, I have to edit my post. Paid $565. for a bearing to be fixed and NOW IT'S WORSE!! And I don't think this place is going to honor the warranties either. 4k down the drain....
Graff Nissan is exceptional when buying or leasing. Shaun, Mike, Andy, and Justin were extremely friendly and professional! The whole process couldn’t have gone smoother. Thank you all for friendly manner and treating me so well!
