I am just blown away by this amazing team of people. I called them on 4/29 and was able to get an appointment on 4/30. Every other office either had months of waiting or they didn’t answer to begin with. I was so excited to get an appointment so quickly at this Podiatrist! Dr Nayee is wonderful with both my parents! He’s personable but also professional. He talks directly to them even when I’m in the room (something not all doctors do). We also love Aurea, she’s so gentle and helpful!
Dr. Nayee truly stands out as a physician who cares about his patients. There was a mix-up with my situation, but he personally stepped in and made sure it was resolved quickly and professionally. In a time when it sometimes feels like people don’t follow through, Dr. Nayee absolutely kept his word. They used a phone to scan my foot to order orthotics and then never followed up to see if they corrected the problem. The orthotics were awful and the communication with the office was worse.
