Beware of Graf Foot & Ankle; this establishment is running a deceptive practice in the medical field. This marks the third time I've encountered issues with their billing. Despite providing all necessary information and my insurance details, they consistently downplay costs, claiming it’s just a standard visit fee. I went to Gaff because I had Plantar Fasciitis. The first Dr. I saw Gave me a shot in my heel and after a couple of days I was good to go. I ended up getting the same issue with my other foot, so I went in again but the Dr. I saw was no longer there. The second Dr. Told me that I didn't have Plantar Fasciitis even after explaining that I had the same exact symptoms. he didn't listen and gave me a shot in the side of my foot. Buyer beware. Initial appointments were good. However, staff told me to buy inserts for my shoes, that they would be covered by insurance since I met my deductible already. The following year, I received a bill for a few hundred dollars for the inserts that were worthless anyway. I wore them for less than 30 minutes. Inserts from Walmart were better than these.
