Best customer service we have ever received. Process was smooth and no hassles. Salesperson, Rob, did not pressure us and made us feel confident with our purchase. We love our new EV!
I paid $169 for diagnostics only to be told due to the extended time of repairs which could cost $2,700 for labor and the parts needed to make repairs were discontinued and no replacement parts. I was willing to pay the $2,700 for the labor but was disappointed no attempt was made to find aftermarket or replacement parts. But I will say I normally get outstanding service
Went to the used car lot and had Todd Bailey as my sales man. HE WAS AMAZING… definitely recommend. Will be going back in the future
