I scheduled an oil change on myChevrolet app. I got to an appointment today at 5:30 and was asked twice if I had an appointment. i said yes, I booked it on the app and was told I didn't have app service, which wasn't the greatest then I wasn't able to get the tires rotated or the multipoint inspection and when doesn't the washer fluid get fill. Now I have to schedule another appointment, and they said it's better to call what good it the app if you can schedule appointments
EDIT***** Always been happy with Graff. However, Now when I schedule a simple oil change and tire rotation, I get an email that looks like it's pertaining to my service appointment but turns out to be a solicitation email. Then I get here, pull up to door 2 like I always have. I sit in my cart for a few minutes adn the workers inside just look and me and won't open the door. I backed up and moved to the oil change lane and a "girl" immediately came out and sits"are your here for the oil change and tire rotation"? I said yes ... read more

We had a very positive experience buying from Hank Graf and more importantly Christian Thwing. Christian was very responsive, straightforward, professional, and accurate with his sales approach. We quickly arrived at a deal after about a day of back and forth on the phone exchanging information. He made negotiating a breeze and I feel like both parties came out happy.
