Great friendly service.
Not really happy with The service Dept. We purchased an oil change package and we sold that car. I went in and tried to use it on another car.. I was told that oil change pack packages are sold to a specific car. They lost out on some other work I needed done on that car.
Got my vehicle in quickly for repairs when another Fox dealer was unable to do so for quite a while. Diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and got me back on the road. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I drive almost 25 minutes to get to this Chrysler/Jeep dealer when there are two others within 10 minutes from me. Why? Because the service is so bad at the others (in GR) while it’s SO GOOD here! Tom the service manager is amazing. Long story but he went above and beyond to make sure my AC on my minivan was properly working during the hot summer months. He was so respectful and kind.
