Took advantage of my elderly father who purchased a used car from them last year. He paid more than high end blue book value -- another dealer told us he was charged at least 2 to 3 thousand more than an acceptable value for the car even from a dealer. Clearly they saw an easy mark and rooked him for all they could get. Unfortunately we did not find out about this until several months later.
had their 9.99 oil change and 9.99 alignment. verifies the adage "you get what you pay for. car has had 40 oil changes and never leaked, now it does. the oil pan and plug are both stripped because the plug was cross threaded. i took it back and they said it was already like that before. the car was pulling to the right slightly before i took it in for the alignment, now it pulls to the left dramatically. it's like wrstling a bear just to keep it going straight. when i told them this they said there are a lot of potholes in m... read more
