As far as dealerships are concerned, my experience was excellent. Diego was not just a salesperson but like family. Everyone else made me feel comfortable and appreciated. In the beginning, we did go through a little rough patch but everyone, especially Diego, worked to make me a satisfied customer. I thank you all.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership service department. The service advisor I dealt with was unbelievably rude, dismissive, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. When someone brings their vehicle to a dealership, they expect professionalism, transparency, and respect.
