Robin Etheridge and the entire team over at Graf have been more than sweet and awesome to have as a property management company. Wish I could give more stars. I am a renter, and have seen every side of landlords and property management companies over the years. Hands down the best experience I've had. From easy communication, to personally delivering me cards and "get well soons" after a major accident that I was involved in, they've been nothing but accommodating to me throughout my time with them.
I was a tenant of a Graf-managed property for the last year. Robin, Laurie, and Jessica were responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. Not all property management companies are equal. If you're looking to rent, you would do well to consider one of their properties.
My wife and I were moving to Hawaii and were seriously considering selling vs renting our home here since we had heard so many horror stories when it comes to tenants renting and destroying your home. Four years after my lease has ended, Graf Property Management still has my account in an "open" status, and it is affecting my credit report. They refuse to reply to my messages and have ghosted me. Do not do business with these people, they are very sloppy and impossible to reach.
My rental property has been managed by Robin and the team at Graf for the last 15+ years and 4 tenants They have been exceptional communicators with both tenants and myself. They are fast to respond to issues, never leaving my tenants hanging. They continue to maintain good working relationships with reasonably affordable trades to handle issues quickly and affordably, not lacking in professionalism and quality of work. They keep meticulous records too. They are great folks to work with.
