I had a great first time home buying experience with Graf! I personally worked with Susan, and she was excellent in every capacity. She made time to get in touch frequently at the times when I was free during the day. She made it easy to get in touch with people like inspectors and contractors which saved me time and the hassle of trying to figure out who to go to. I'm giving Graf 5/5 but Susan 10/5!
