Sadly, their customer service isn't great. The doctor assumes that students want to skip classes. Even a nurse, too, is overreacting toward the patient who sincerely wants to check out if everything is okay. That's the reason why I don't want to visit them anymore. The clinic should be a comfortable place to share health issues and considerations, but it doesn't provide it here. I will recommend not to bring your consideration. If you are okay, they assume that you want to skip class.
One of the best clinic I every been to, very friendly very nice staffs.
They helped my with my wrist pain from playing violin. They took better care of me then the local urgent Care did.
The Graf is my favorite place on campus. I love the friendly faces as soon as I walk through the door. The receptionist is always nice and she is really pretty. The nurses are really nice and they seem to really care about the students. Even the practice coordinator is always so nice and makes me laugh. The Graf even has a transportation office that I have found to be really helpful. I <3 the Graf.
