The team at Graeves Auto & Tire is fantastic. They are extremely helpful and friendly when it comes to inspections, repairs, general questions, and anything else you may need. I would 100% recommend them for any services you may need for your vehicle.
This will be my new go-to spot! Fantastic customer service. Plugged my tire and didn’t charge me for it. Great communication, went out of their way to make sure they had a tire for me if needed even before I got there. Very fast turnaround once they started working on my car. I drive a ton for work so knowing they can fix things quickly and get the job done right (and at a reasonable cost!) is clutch.
Now this is the way a auto service business should run! Not only are they friendly & honest, their prices are way better than all of the over priced car dealers! The service on my Rav4, which was performed perfectly, was $120 cheaper than the dealer where I bought the car...almost half price! AND...they finished 2 hours earlier than expected! Awesome. Way to go Graeves! That's how you get & keep a satisfied customer! Thank you Scott, & all of the great folks @ Graeves Auto in Olney.
