The mechanical side of the business is great however , I just had a man seem aggressive towards me over absolutely nothing and because of my color I felt defeated . I walked in to pay my mother bill for her tire , upon the first payment of cash I realized that I did not have my card with me , a older gentlemen at the time was assisting me and when I went to the car and came back it was Joe . I came in to have one of my tires looked at as the pressure kept decreasing throughout the day. Upon entering the office, one of the mechanics came up to me and I explained my issue. The mechanic took my keys, information, and key telling me it would be roughly an hour. Got everything returned within the hour by one of the staff members and no charge for the service. Everyone was friendly and polite. Will definitely come back here for any future issues I have!

On 6/09/2026, I wanted to call that place but preferred to text msg. I saw it on website and said text msg number. I texted them and they respond me back less 30 mins that I am very impressed about this. They already let me know that they ordered and arrived tires that I wanted. After trying 3 other repair shops on my drive home with a flat tire (none of which were helpful or provided any level of customer service) I was able to easily leave my car at Graeves overnight with the key drop, make an appointment online for the next morning, and the problem was resolved by 8am. For free. If I could give 10 stars I would. I also appreciated the education the mechanic provided on what exactly happened to my tire.
