I am beyond disappointed with this shop. I brought my car in within 24 hours of the check engine light coming on, expecting a professional diagnosis. Instead, they had my car for five days and somehow managed to provide me with zero answers. Instead of actually reading the codes, they cleared them all without my consent and told me to "come back when the light comes back on." What kind of lazy, disrespectful approach is that?
