They were welcoming and nice compared to other locations I’ve been to.
Long line but it was worth it.
Not having baked goods two days a week is a terrible business model. Not advertising that you don't have basked goods on those days in the store is inconsiderate of the customer. Employees saying you should know this because it's been like this for two years when they don't know anything about you is rude and unnecessary.
Exceptional quality and staff. Couldn't be more polite and helpful. Ice cream and cake is great!
I had a great experience today!! Jeanne I think that’s her name, a woman of a particular age, with gorgeous blonde hair!! is friendly and warm!! I had never seen her before! I had the pleasure of meeting her today! What a great asset to the team! Thanks Jeanne for a welcoming visit!
