I'm updating this because I was contacted by the district manager and she took care of it. Thanks for your kindness and consideration. I came through the driveway last Wednesday after 1pm. No receipt given. I ordered a medium chocolate malt that was $8.00 plus tax. They was a delay at the order onset. The drink texture felt runny, so I opened the lid to stir it, and there's hardly no ice cream. I'm halfway home, so I go home and put it in the fridge. It didn't help. It was like frozen milk.
The best ice cream in the world in my humbled opinion the double chocolate chip is outstanding
