Graeter's is a staple for me in the summer. It's my go-to place to take friends and family from out of town and I'm excited to show them that the Midwest has ice cream that can rival anywhere in the US. It's up there with Bi-Rite in SF and McConnell's in Santa Barbara. But recently, 1 am incredibly disappointed because it seems like Grater's has phenomenal ice cream, but absolutely TERRIBLE milkshakes.
