I get the same thing ever time I'm there. For the last few visits I have not received the correct or the item was made poorly resulting in having to wait in a very long line multiple times per visit (this time). The ice cream is wonderful but the hassle is not. I'm not sure if the kids hired are trained to make everything. I would think there would be cheat sheets on hand if they needed help. It's so busy that they are going so fast and not caring how they make it.

Checked out the new Anderson Township location tonight! Still under construction but Graeter’s never disappoints! Chocolate Chip is my favorite, their Double Butter Coffee Cake is the best!
