While the retail stores are great the online experience is less than acceptable. My Next Day Air Shipment package that was scheduled to be delivered on Friday will now be delivered on a Monday taking 4 days. Graeter's Online needs to develop better scheduling metrics during the holidays other than so sorry we messed up
