Pretty disappointing. The ice cream is wonderful but the amount of ice cream was ridiculously small. Two servers working and two completely different sizes of cones. It was so small that I complained to the girl that rang me up and she added to it. The gentleman behind me also complained. Ours honestly looked like a kid size cone. I guess from now on I need to get it in a cup to keep from being ripped off.
They took every precaution to insure my daughters ice cream was gluten free. Fresh tub opened and spoons pulled from back stock. I was so grateful. Of course the ice cream was delicious!!!
My birthday was a week ago, but on one's birthday, if you have a Sweet Rewards card from Graeter's (The Most Wonderful Ice Cream on Planet Earth™), you get a sundae! I was pushing it going today - literally I thought I'd lost it yesterday (you have a week to claim the delicious edible), but they said at the Dubiln store I was still good - so I had to have a Shamrock Sundae! Seriously, if your anywhere within 100 miles you need to stop here. Superb flavors. Black Raspberry riddled with ribbons of soft chocolate peices is one of the best I've ever had!!!
Always love Graeter's but tried new Black Cherry Chocolate Chip flavor -- it was delicious!
The best ice cream ! We went for the Valentines special on buy one get one free Sundae day . Great service , wonderful treat . My wife had a banana split , I had the romance Sundae .

First time, last night. Friendly service. Great value (portions are large). Had a sundae. The ice cream was fresh and flavorful. The topping was homemade and delicious. Topped with a generous pile of crushed pecans, whipped cream and a cherry. A1. Mrs. had a sundae made witb one of the custom 'chip' flavors. One of the best she's had. Easy to miss if you're from out of town and the drives are poorly marked and dark at night.
