Graeme is very calm, straightforward, and thoughtful in every aspect of communication and learning about both what you're looking for, and the properties you view. His extensive knowledge of the local market bolsters his no-nonsense no-pressure approach, especially when the process takes a turn into negotiation, unexpectedly in our case. Him being solid and unshakeable helped us stay calm in a stressful situation. Would highly recommend Graeme to anyone looking.

Violet provided tremendous help throughout the process of buying my first home. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and professional, and remained enthusiastic and supportive even after I asked her to join me for numerous open houses and showings over the course of several months. I truly appreciated her dedication and guidance throughout the entire process.

We had a great experience working with our realtor, Graeme, throughout our home-buying journey. He was always quick to respond whenever we had questions and made the whole process much less stressful. What we appreciated most was that he genuinely looked out for our best interests. He advocated for us during negotiations and worked hard to get us the best deal possible upon our request. We’d definitely recommend Graeme to anyone looking for a responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor!

Graeme was well-prepared with information when my parents were first listing their apartment. He kept us well informed with regard to showings, prospective buyers feedback and when negotiating offers. The apartment was sold within 2 months which greatly exceeded my expectations give the current state of the condo market. Overall, we were very pleased with his professionalism.
