Graeme was well-prepared with information when my parents were first listing their apartment. He kept us well informed with regard to showings, prospective buyers feedback and when negotiating offers. The apartment was sold within 2 months which greatly exceeded my expectations give the current state of the condo market. Overall, we were very pleased with his professionalism.
