I’m pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I told them what car I had and that it was due for a big service. They said that was fine and booked it in. When I came to pick it up, they didn’t explain anything, just handed me the invoice. I looked at it and questioned it because it didn’t look like a major service at all. It looked like they’d just done a basic generic service: oil, filters, lights and levels.
