Exciting!! WOW!! When I walked in the doors I felt the excitement. I was greeted by friendly, stylish young women and offered Aveda Tea. I waited about 5min. for my stylist that I was meeting for the first time (Marisa) she is fabulous. She was confident, pleasant, knowledgeable, and her styling is AMAZING! After my haircut I saw Debbie in the spa for a brow wax and she spent time with me and was very detailed with her work. I would recommend this salon & spa to anyone. I only paid $40 for a haircut/style and $15 for brow wa... read more

Never again. I took my healthy, long, naturally-streaked virgin hair in for some subtle highlights and a trim and left with a disaster. The highlights were done by a bubble-gum-snapping colorist with only 2 years experience and resulted in blotches of bleach at the the middle of my hairline. The haircut consisted of one of their "famous" stylists pulling my hair into a ponytail at my forehead and sawing it into a point with scissors. "Good God," I thought, "What the he#! is he doing???" Worst hair cut I have ever had. And th... read more

Recommended I recommend Graeber and Company for the following reasons:1) The professionals train on a regular basis and are very knowledgeable and experienced. This salon was the first place I've ever visited where I felt I was in good hands and they knew what I wanted.2) The price is not any higher than what I always wound up paying anywhere else, except the really cheap places where the stylists change like a revolving door and what you are getting is not dependable.3) The customer service and atmosphere are wonderful.4) E... read more

The BEST!!!! It makes me sad to see bad reviews of such an amazing salon and spa. You can't make everyone happy, it's a proven fact. I have been going to Graebers for 30 YEARS, it has been established in Boise for over 40, my kids grew up going there, and their kids see stylists at Graeber. The energy is fantastic, they train and expect so much out of the hairdressers who are lucky enough to get a "chair" at their salon. I sit and watch everyone work while my color processes and I can feel the love and teamwork that they sha... read more

Exceeded my LA expectations Just moved here, love this salon. I get my nails done here too, Jamie is awesome. Kim does my hair and I get compliments on it everywhere, even at the grocery store! My styilst in LA was great, but Graeber and Co exceeded my expectations. I expected to get a "small town" salon and instead I got great hair, extra service, and amazing energy...for a great price. Thanks guys!

Talk about bad hair day. No recomendations for this Salon. I went in with Brown hair, with a few highlights. I had the worst experience here. I told the Stylist no red tones, so what color was my hair when I walked out? Copper or Carrot Red, whatever you want to call it. And the cut could have been done by a child. No style what so ever. I am deeply disappointed. Don’t waste your money, they talk a good talk, and put a pretty receptionist at the front desk to make you think your getting a quality service, but your not.

wonderful and perfect I've just moved to Boise and love this place! I have gone to Jennifer and Odell they are both amazing! They weren't expensive at all either, yes- you can spend less but if you've moved to Boise- A) don't live in Eagle/Meridian/Caldwell/Nampa/Mountain Home- Live In Boise. B) don't trust your hair to JoJo at the HairHut! Go to Graeber and Company

AmAzing! What an amazing place! I have had two appointments at this salon, both with different stylists and wow, they both have done great work. The price is not high compared to other downtown salons and the service from the start was incredible. I am a client for life and I just found out they have been around for a really long time. One of the massage therapist just donated a massage to my son's school to help raise money...need I say more!

What's the big deal? I don't see what the big deal is about this place. It is super expensive and they don't do a good enough job to justify the money. I think it is a snobby place. Save your money and go somewhere else.
