Don't do it! Keep looking for another company!. The delivery was late. They damanaged my property and I filed a claim in Early November and still have not been compensated. Its March 7th. Cant get anyone to return phone calls. All you get is voice mail. An absolute nightmare! Getting ready to contact the consumer protection agency, the BBB as well as file a small claim. If you never take customer experience seriously do it now!

My family is strongly disappointed with this company. First of all, the delivery time . Secondly, some furniture was damaged. And finally, they are still not able to send us refund for damage, taking in account we have moved on June 2016. So it is close to 1 year! Hope, this can be useful and this company will not disappoint your move.

They took my money, made lots of promises and then left me in limbo. They seem to have no coordination and I strongly suspect that this company will not survive without some major changes. This is a company that won't survive without some major changes. I subsequently learned that the parent company has been the culprit and that they bankrupted Graebel.
