I've also found Graebel to be below, even, sub-par. The issue isn't even that they're incompetent, the company is inept. It's telling when you attend your 90 day new hire review and 70%+ of the other new hires have the same feedback to HR, that Graebel is inept. From lack of reimbursements, to horrific relocation failures from initiation to execution of the relocation. One's best option is not to accept employment with a company that uses Graebel. Didn't pay for the services, as I am not moving. But a driver decided to park in such a way in my complex that block a major thoroughfare and had people run over a curb and landscaping. He had other options to park and didn't because this was easier for him. Nevermind the paying tenents who cant easily come and go from the complex.
My relocation has been a nightmare. I am seriously considering quitting my company because this has been so terrible. Six weeks into the process and no one will return my calls or help me with the next steps. They hired a buying agent and movers, then quit. I have no selling agent, none of my expenses have been reimbursed, and I do not have a contact that will answer the phone including management. Oh yeah, and the movers will be here tomorrow.
