This company is a scam artist and it low balls on getting moving contracts and then does everything possible to not perform and is some sort of self insured. So when they damage your stuff, it refuses to do anything and drags feet until it exhaust you. Stay away and I would never do business with them. Their employee change titles and disappear and reappear as needed. Never had such a bad experience. A very rigid company rejected the receipt I uploaded for reimbursement. I had to go back and forth to the institution several times to obtain the correct documents. After finally submitting acceptable proof, they refused the reimbursement on the grounds that the expense was over 30 days old (I submitted it on the 31st day). In the end, I lost $1,200.

This company is terrible and should not be used to facilitate moves. A significant amount of my items were lost and damaged and after making me waste months of time going back and forth with them they offered me less than 1/5 of the value to replace my items. Do not use them. Jean Ann Read has done nothing to make it right and gave me the run around for weeks.
