HORRIBLE SERVICE! They charged me $90 for a diagnostics test without telling me the price initially. They then offered to charge only $45 if I would have the work done there. They also told me the job would be $465 for a few minor things like replacing spark plugs. Truly shameful that they tried to charge me a $150 service fee because they would need special equipment to work on my car.

Everyone was very friendly and the proces were reasonable. They fixed and addressed each issue and concern I had. Brian kept me updated and called before purchasing additional parts. I was extremely pleased with my first visit to Gradys! I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!

I really don't know what to say. I came to Gradys today to have 2 tires repaired. I am extremely short on cash. My son is in the Army and I'm scheduled to go out of state soon to see my first grandbaby that my son and daughter in law are expecting. Gradys fixed both tires for free. I broke down crying in the lobby...Good people left in this world. Thank you. Your kindness will be remembered and I'll be back for all my auto needs. God Bless for your help.
